Transfer followers and site stats to BlueHost with WP theme

  Hello friendly and helpful WordPress support,

  I recently successfully migrated my blog – homepreneurs.wordpress.com – to a hosted platform on BlueHost. I was able to move content and comments.

  What I cannot do is move followers or site stats. Can you please assist me with moving both?

  The website is http://homepreneurs.net

  I want to keep my WordPress.com blog intact – I still use it too.

  Hi Dion,

  Hi there, I transferred your followers to your new blog at homepreneurs.net, as requested. (It can take a bit for all of them to appear, so if you don’t see them all right away on the new blog please give the transfer process a little extra time to finish up.)

  Your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.

  Unfortunately, we can’t move your site stats to the new site. Stats can only be transferred if you exported the content of the old site and imported it into the new site. It looks like the content on the two sites was created separately, so the stats can’t be transferred.
