Transfer followers from a wordpress.com to a self-hostad WordPress

  I’d like to transfer all followers from this wp.com site http://kringbocker.wordpress.com/ to a new self hosted wp. website: http://www.kringbocker.se. Could you kindly help me with the transfer?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can transfer your WordPress.com Followers and email subscribers from your WordPress.com blog to your Jetpack site by following the instructions here:
