transfer followers from WP.com to WP.org account

  i migrated from wordpress.com to wordpress.org, but the followers from WP.com did not get migrated over (from what I can tell). i have jetpack installed on the site but don’t see how to migrate the followers. is there a way to do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
