Transfer from blogger error

  Hi,

  I want to import my backup blogger xml file to my wordpress blog, but I always get this error when importing: ‘There don’t appear to be any authors in your import file.
  Try another file or contact support.’ Please advice how to proceed.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  It looks like the file you’ve been trying to import to us is a Blogger theme file, not a content backup.

  Please make sure you get the file via the Back up your content option as explained here:

  https://support.google.com/blogger/answer/41387?hl=en&rd=1

  Hi!

  Thank you for the answer. Unfortunately doesn’t work. I have tried many times. Yes, one of the file which I have tried to import was theme file (just for check). I followed the steps as described and it doesn’t work. Three months ago everything was OK and I managed to export/import hml file from Blogger to WordPress without any problems. But now I can’t and the error is: ‘There don’t appear to be any authors in your import file. Try another file or contact support.’

  The theme file can’t be uploaded here, so don’t try to upload those.

  If you’re positive you’ve got a content file and it isn’t working, could you upload it rather than importing it? We’ll check it to see what’s wrong.
