That’s the problem.
With BlueHost, I wasn’t really given a username; I just went right in through there. I have since transferred the domain to WordPress and Automattic.
For some reason, my website isn’t even displaying, even though the domain hosted by Automattic. It’s somehow still tied into Bluehost because of the error page
