Transfer help

    Hello, I currently use WordPress for my website. However, my domain is currently registered with 1&1 IONOS who are also my web host.
    I would like to transfer the domain and hosting to wordpress so it’s all in the one place.
    Please help.

    Hi there,

    What is your site, please? I don’t see any sites on a custom domain in this account.

    Note that using the WordPress software on your site is not the same as having a site hosted on WordPress.com, and you cannot transfer anything to “WordPress”, as “WordPress” is just the name of the software you’re using, not a hosting or domain provider, like 1&1 or WordPress.com.
