Transfer images.

I have a wordpress.com site, and wish to transfer this site to a new hosted wordpress site. I have transferred the pages successfully via export and import, but how do I transfer the images?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
The majority of images in your media library are unattached to any post or page. Unattached images are not pulled across when importing, so you’ll need to upload those manually to the new site.
You can also try manually attaching the images, then creating a new export file to import to your self-hosted site. You can attach the images from here:
