  I don’t know why it is so difficult to do anything on wordpress when you have gone through GoDaddy. I should have the same rights as if I made my site on wordpress directly. Hell I don’t know why I went through GoDaddy anyways and regret it – they probably have better SEO than WordPress. So here I am posting into a void cuz I can’t get access to any chat or help whatsoever. Please help me get off this GoDaddy shit and treat me like a WordPress customer because i have QUESTIONS

  My site isn’t self-hosted though, it’s though GoDaddy. And I don’t need to have WordPress host my site, I just want to be able to login though wordpress to edit my site and receive the same support I would (via 24/7 chat) I should be getting.

  If your site is hosted with GoDaddy, it’s using the WordPress.org software, and to clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  If you’d like to receive support from WordPress.com for your site, it would first need to be fully transferred to us by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/
