TRANSFER MY DOMAIN

We are making a new website with a website provider that is actually useable but because WordPress is so un-user friendly, I am finding it genuinely impossible to find my UDAI code in order to be able to complete the transfer. My personal WordPress account is not linked to the website domain I want to take and I do not know whose account or if there is an account linked with it. AND THERE’S NO PHONE NUMBER FOR ME TO CALL FOR HELP!!!!!!!!!! I am not a computer or website expert, just someone trying to figure it out as our organisation does not have the money for professionals. Can anyone help me or give me a phone number to call. I am based in New Zealand.

UDAI codes are used only for the transfer of .nz domains.
We do not support registration of .nz domains on WordPress.com, and you don’t own any domains or other paid upgrades with us, so we cannot help you with this.
To transfer your .nz domain to another provider, please contact the domain registrar where you bought that domain for help with this.
If you’re trying to transfer your lucyypl.wordpress.com address, that cannot be transferred. That address is a subdomain of the WordPress.com domain which belongs to us, and that address can only be used for a site hosted on our servers.
