transfer my domain name to another host

I’m following the instructions provided in ‘Help’ and I’m not getting the option to transfer domain – when I go to Manage > Domains > Domain Settings > the only option I have is ‘Change Site Address’ – there’s no ‘Transfer Domain’ option.

What domain are you trying to transfer? You don’t own any domains with us.
You used to have a domain, piantelifestyle.com, but you transferred that away from us two weeks ago.

It doesn’t seem to be working or fully transferred. This is the message I get when trying to access the site online:
Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.
“Log in” is a hyperlink and when I click it, it takes me to WordPress.

This is happening because your domain’s name servers are still pointing here on WordPress.com. Please contact your domain registrar (Strikingly) and ask for instruction on how to update your name servers.
