Transfer my domain to OVH

    Hello,

    Yesterday I bought the domain name lesbreleslotoises.fr and also took a personal plan to create a website.

    Or, I want to go through WordPress.org so that I can use the elementor module for creating pages without having to take any plans.

    So I canceled my plan and also the purchase of the domain name.

    Can we upload it to OVH please?
    What would be the procedure?

    Hi –

    Yes, we can help you with this.

    Since the domain and hosting plan were cancelled an automatic refund was processed. Those funds should reach you in ten days.

    The domain is going to be able to get registered through OVH or provider of your choice in five days.

    If you’d like to register the domain sooner, let me know. I’ll email you a payment form for $18 which is the annual domain registration fee (which has previously been refunded to you). Then you just update the name servers in the DNS records to point the domain to the new hosting provider.

    I have sent a payment request for the $18 domain registration fee to the email address on your account.

    Once paid, please reply here to let us know, and we’ll recover the domain. This will only be possible for the next 3 days. After that, we cannot guarantee when or even if you’ll be able to re-register the domain.

    Once the domain is recovered here, you’ll be able to direct it anywhere simply by changing its name servers: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/change-name-servers/

    And, after 60 days (another policy outside of domain registrar control), you’ll be able to transfer it elsewhere: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

    So now can you recover the domain: lesbreleslotoises.fr ?

    I need to get on OVH
    Why i could’nt change it before ?
