transfer my domain under wordpress server, my site is still showing error

    Hi my site has been showing error for a few days, I thought its the domain issue, however, even after I transferred my domain under wordpress server, its still showing the same error message, I wonder how can I solve this issue and whats the reason for this?

    Above is the error message showed.
