Transfer my Value Bundle to self hosted site

  I recently moved from a wordpress.com site to a self hosted site and would like to transfer the Value Bundle that I purchased for the wordpress.com site. I’ve paid the $99 and really enjoy the features. Is it possible to include the Value Bundle (maybe as a plugin?) to my self hosted site?
