Transfer of domain mapping along with blog

  I had the premium upgrade: Domain mapping on candidcode.wordpress.com When I transferred this blog to a new user, the premium upgrade did not transfer over.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I can see the upgrade in My Upgrades, it will expire September 2014, but the mapping (which was working) does not work. candidcode.com no longer goes to candidcode.wordpress.com

  Hi there,

  The domain mapping upgrade is still active on that blog, but the domain’s name servers aren’t pointed to WordPress.com. You’ll need to set the name servers to the following:

  • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  If you’re not sure how, you’ll need to contact your domain registrar for assistance with that step.

  It can take 48-72 for DNS changes like that to take effect everywhere, but then the domain will be correctly pointed to that WordPress.com blog. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
