Transfer of domain ownership

    Hi, I was trying to get the kkpgarcia domain and username for this account. It turns out that I already made an account way before, and used that name on that site.

    I was determined to transfer the name to this account, so I deleted the site from the previous account and closed that old account.

    I can’t seem to retrieve the name despite deleting them. Am I missing something?

    Hi there, yes, deleting them makes the site address and username unavailable.

    If you have just recently deleted the site and username account within the last 30 days, please immediately reply to the account closure/site deletion email you received from WordPressdotcom so that Support can restore them for you. If it’s more than 30 days since you’ve deleted them, it won’t be possible to recover.

    If you succeed in recovering your account/site, you’ll then want to transfer ownership of the kkpgarcia.wordpress.com site to your other account by following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
