how to complete the domain transfer process by transferring my email address – I found the answer to this question last week when I started the domain transfer process from my old host…now I can’t find the info needed for my email transfer. Pls use simple easy to follow instructions or i will get lost.

Hi Shirley, to add email addresses on your domain shirleymancino.com, you’ll need to first choose an email service provider.
You can then follow the instructions we provide for adding email to a custom domain. The instructions will vary depending on who you choose as your email provider. Once you choose one, if you have any trouble with the setup, just let us know and we can help.

My DNS info doesn’t seem to conform to info your program needs when I go to Edit DNS: this is the info my old host sent me as follows:
As per other DNS records , please configure
> A-record for mail.shirleymancino.com 69.90.47.167
> MX mail.shirleymancino.com[private information removed]
Please tell me what to do and don’t make all this info pubic -
Hi Shirley, thanks for the information. I’ve removed the hosting account information and highly recommend you log in and change your password there since this is a public forum and anyone could have seen it.
There are now two steps to get your email working:
1. You’ll need to log into your hosting control panel – through the link they sent – and create the email accounts you want. If you need help with that process, your email provider should be able to help you.
2. The DNS records need to be added to your Custom DNS page in this format:
MX 10 mail.shirleymancino.com. A mail 69.90.47.167I’ve gone ahead and added these records for you.
