Transfer of my custom design purchase over to my new blog

  I closed the blog I purchased the custom design for. I have opened a new blog and I still have 10 months left on my custom design subscription from the old blog. Can you transfer this over to my new blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
