transfer of No Ads upgrade didn't work

  transfer of No Ads upgrade not successful from learningsociallynet.wordpress.net (now deleted) to it’s repository MrsBandMax.wordpress.com blog who has 0 days left on its No Ads upgrade. Could you please advise me? There is an error message the two times I tried to transfer this upgrade. Thank you very much!

  Thank you very much Jeremey. May I also ask you to please check into the Domain mapping upgrade presently on the learningsocially.net? May I transfer that upgrade to a domain mapping upgrade extension of the domain socialprompter.net?

  Can you please clarify what you mean by this? I see that you have both domains mapped to your site: socialprompter.wordpress.com and the domain: socialprompter.net is set as the primary domain, so if you go to learningsocially.net, you will be redirected to socialprompter.net.

  Hi, Grace, I am sorry for the confusion. The blog “learningsocially.net” was stopped because it was associated with a nonprofit that was dissolved.
  I may have misunderstood the term “transfer” because I was hoping that the 9 months that were paid for as the service of domain mapping for learningsocially.net could be “transferred” to serve the domain socialprompter.net for the next 9 months.

  Thanks for the clarification! No worries – I think of “transfer” and I think transfer upgrade to another blog/account. Sometimes I forget they can be applied elsewhere! Haha :)

  So, essentially you would like me to remove the domain mapping upgrade for learningsocially.net (which is set to expire on December 9th, 2014) and have learningsocially.net expire on December 9th?

  If so, that’s completely ok! Let me know if that’s what you want and I’d be happy to take care of it for you!

  Thank you Grace. To expand a bit on your last message, I’m asking if it is allowed to do the following:
  “So, essentially you would like me to remove the domain mapping upgrade for learningsocially.net ” AND then transfer those 9 months to the blog/domain Socialprompter.net. Since socialprompter already has about 2 months upgrade left, that would make a total of 11 months of domain mapping upgrade for this socialprompter blog.
  Is this OK?

  Yes that is fine! I just renewed it for another year :) Is it set to expire in May of 2015. I have removed the domain mapping for learningsocially.net.
