Transfer of Old and Host to WordPress

    Please, is it okay or safer for me to transfer my old blog and host to WordPress?

    Hi there,

    Are you trying to migrate an exact copy of your current site (including any themes and plugins) to WordPress.com? Or are you instead planning to design a new site here, and only need to import the contents (pages, blog posts, uploaded media, etc) but otherwise plan to take the opportunity to pick a more modern theme once you get here?

    What is the URL of your site so we can look it up in our system? That (plus some info I asked above) will help us to see what is the best way to get you moved over here.
