Transfer of ownership

  I need help transferring ownership. We made my web developer the owner when creating the site so he could do everything he needed to do. But now I am not able to do things like change Credit Card on file because it says I am not the owner of my own site.
  Please help, as it’s urgent.

  What is the URL of the site with the problem?
