    Hi, our web designer has moved on and I would like to transfer the account to my name-David Lawrence

    We purchased via 2 March 2020
    Invoice 5104353163 thorough (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    What is the URL of the site you need help with?

    Only the account that currently owns a site/upgrade can transfer it to another account. We cannot do this at a third party’s request.

    The invoice number you provided is not something issued by WordPress.com – we don’t issue invoices on WordPress.com, only receipts of payment, and that is neither a valid receipt ID nor a transaction ID for a payment made to us.
