  I need to transfer the site to a different address. The DNS has been changed to the new hosting and the account needs to be transferred to a different email account.

  Hi @hello7ff3104462, the site isn’t hosted with us, but was once some time ago. Did you need anything done on our side?

  Or if you’re just trying to change your URL, your host can likely help you with one of these options that will work with your copy of WordPress:
