transfer of subscription owner

  Hi
  we would like to be able to renew our subscription (it has expired), but the person who would have been the subscription owner has since left the company (and I think we may have deleted her account). It would be great if we could get some help to transfer ownership asap.

  Hi there,

  We can only transfer an upgrade if the current owner of the upgrade requests it. The Premium Plan on the site, digitalnetworkblog.wordpress.com, belongs to the username, laurensyd1, so I’ll need that user to post here to authorise a transfer.

  Even better would be if that user transferred ownership of the site to another admin completely. That will automatically transfer all upgrades as well. So if you still have contact with her, please ask her to follow the steps outlined here to transfer the site:

  If you have no way of contacting them, you will need to wait for the upgrade to be automatically removed in a few days, and then you can add a new plan via your account.
