Transfer of the domain + hosting from a user to another on the same platform

  Hello,

  3 weeks agos I transfered the domain and hosting from a user to another on 1&1.
  Since then, my website is not working anymore. When I click on it it’s written ‘this domain is already registered’ (http://lameule.fr/).
  I don’t know how to get my website back on this domain…
  Also, when I go on my WP account, I have no website anymore so I don’t understand anything…

  I thought that the transfer will only change the name of the owner not make it disappear…

  Any help ?
