Hi I delete my domain from WordPress and need to transfer it to another support can you please send me the transfer code?

When you delete a domain it is sent back to the registry and enters a 90 day “redemption” hold before it is released to the public for resale again.
With this in mind I am not able to assist in transferring your domain (it is no longer under our control) but I may be able to recover it so that you are able to use it again.
Do you wish to recover the-spiritual-goldmine.com and restore it to active status again? Who is the new host or provider you plan to use for your site?

Hi there,
I have emailed you a payment link for the recovery of that domain. Please reply here when you have completed the payment and I’ll restore the domain.
Please note that when the domain is restored you won’t be able to transfer it away. This is because all new domain registrations are under a 60-day transfer lock. Yor=ur domain will be unlocked in a month (April 1st) and then, you’ll be able to transfer it away.
In the meantime, you’ll be able to point that domain to your site by changing its name servers. Here’s how that works:

Thank you! just to understand : once i pay, the domain will be transferable from the 1st april, in the meantime i have to change the server name or not before the 1st april? just to understand and confirm before i go ahead with the payment and the process.

Hello there,
As the domain was deleted, its restoration places the domain into a 60 day ICANN imposed transfer lock.
This means this should be transferrable from May 1st onward.
In the meantime, it is possible to use the domain with another provider using custom DNS settings.

and you are now saying i have to use another DNS, what is this new process? can you please explain exactly what i need to do, in which order, and when it is transferable (and why your colleague mentioned a month)?
Also what is the code for the transfer. I will required the code for the transfer.

What needs to happen next is..
1. Change Nameservers/DNS settings to point to a different service provider: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/custom-dns/
2. In 30 days, transfer the domain, as per these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/I hope this helps.

I hope this email finds you well.
I am trying to change the server name before the transfer per following instructions and cannot find the link mentioned when i access my domain in the options etc : https://wordpress.com/support/domains/custom-dns/
Also;, i bought a domain called thespiritualgoldmine.com and i have no idea why it mentions the name of the website is thespirituallibrary.
I am freaking out because it seems like when you retrieved the domain name, it is not the name of the website i needed that came out.
Can you please help me? I am confused with all the above and have no idea where to take it from here.Thanks a million for your patience and kind help. I tried to search to change the server, i could not find it and that is when i realised the website address is wrong, i am panicked.

Or if you click on this link here: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/thespirituallibrarycom.wordpress.com > if you click on the three dots next to the domain > Name servers – you should be at the right place there.
