transfer of website

  It stated I cannot transfer to the user after keying in the email address.

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Hi there,

  What is the email address of the user you’re trying to move your site to? You can post it in its own line, and it will be visible only to WordPress.com staff.

  i tried a few but it kept replying either it is not registered with wordpress.com or i cannot transfer to the user. why is that so? i have been trying for the entire day. its so much time and energy just to find out how to do a transfer. help needed.

  may i ask although i have a website with wordpress.com and its not launched, it is still considered as 1 website registered, yes? thks

  Sites can only be transferred to existing WordPress.com accounts.

  What specifically is the email address you’re trying to transfer the site to, and are you sure that email address has a WordPress.com account?

  As for your other question, 1 site counts as 1 site whether launched or not, but we do not have a maximum number of sites per account.
