Transfer ownership

    Hi – can you help me transfer the Benchling Blog site to another account? We were previously on the Business plan, and it expired. We want to reactivate it, but it is now with a different employee as the owner.

    Hi there,

    I can confirm that at one time you had a site here on WordPress.com (under our Business plan) but at some point you moved the hosting of benchling.com to be a self-hosted WordPress site hosted on AWS Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    Because your site has moved and is no longer in our system we are not able to help with ownership transfers. You may also wish to contact your new host’s support team for more assistance as they are in the best position to help with this request.
