transfer site/domain owner to the business owner

We need to transfer ownership of this site to the business owners. Currently it is owned under the website designer‘s account. The person who was the website manager at the business is no longer with the company. The company owners need to be able to get on the website and correct large glitches ASAP. Please advise of how we transfer the domain rights and site to OGCNET.com owners. – Jen Baque

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy, which is where the domain is registered as well.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
