Transfer Subscribers

  Hello,
  I also need support in moving my subscribers. I have recently moved my site from lilybloombooks.wordpress.com to lilybloombooks.com. I have installed the Jetpack plugin and connected it with my WP.com account. Please transfer my subscribers from the WP.com blog to my current site. Thanks!
