Transfer Subscribers to .org

  I would like to carry over my subscribers to me self hosted .org site. Jetpack installed and ready to go, new url is thebeerlist.ca.

  Hi there, I transferred your followers to your new site at thebeerlist.ca, as requested.

  Your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.
