Transfer suscribers and followers from wp.com to wp.org

  Hello. I just move my blog alllovelyparty.wordpress.com to alllovelyparty.com (wp.org) but i lost all my suscribers and followers. As far I can read, only WP people can do the transfer. Can you help me? Many Thanks!

  Hi there, the site alllovelyparty.com doesn’t appear to be connected to this user account. I’ll need permission from the user whose WordPress.com account is connected to this site, but they won’t be able to post in this thread.

  Would it be alright if I sent an email to that user asking for permission? Thanks very much.

  Hello, I think we fix the problem of the owner. So now you can move the followers and suscribers from alllovelyparty.wordpress.com to alllovelyparty.com. We made a mistake with the Jetpack acount connection.

  Your WordPress.com Reader followers and email subscribers were both transferred over.

  I’m not completely sure what you mean by “feedback subscribers” – would you be able to explain a little more?

  I see, those are people who filled out a contact form on your site. Those emails are not able to be transferred using our automated tool.
