Transfer to another Domain

  I deleted my WordPress account prior to transferring or obtaining an authorization code from Word Press to transfer my Domain. I need to get the authorization code but need help to talk with someone!

  No. I need access to my previous account that I deleted. It’s under my email (email visible only to moderators and staff). The domain is coldrushcustoms.com. Both the account and domain are closed and they need to be unclosed so I can access them.

  Hi there,

  The WordPress.com account that owns that domain has not been closed. The site with which the domain was connected has been deleted, but the account still exists.

  We can only restore a cancelled domain if requested by the WordPress.com account that owns the domain. Please log out of this account and log in as your other account and comment here to confirm.

  Also note that you cancelled this domain four days ago on 5 January, and it can enter redemption at our domain provider at any moment. Once that happens there is an additional $80 fee to recover the domain from them.
