transfer to wordpress

    Hi, I paid someone to make my website and bought a domain through bluehost. I am unsure now why part of the website doesnt work and how to fix that or even access it. I initially had to log into bluehost then go to wordpress through bluehost website. I would like to transfer my domain and entire website to the wordpress website. Is this possible?
