Transferal of Subscribers

  Hi there,

  Need to transfer our subscribers from the old site to the new one. It’s from http://learningenglishmatters.wordpress.com/ to http://www.learningenglishmatters.com

  It says to contact you guys. So I am doing that. Please let me know what needs to be done next.

  Hi Marco,

  The owner of http://learningenglishmatters.wordpress.com/ and http://www.learningenglishmatters.com will need to follow the steps in our Moving Your Subscribers guide.

  In particular, the person who owns learningenglishmatters.wordpress.com will need to install Jetpack on the self-hosted WordPress site and connect it to their WordPress.com account. Then, they can contact us (either by replying here or starting a new forum thread) to request the transfer.

  Since your account marcopin doesn’t own learningenglishmatters.wordpress.com, I won’t be able to transfer that site’s subscribers until the site owner confirms that request.
