Transfering a blog to another user on the NEW interface

  I have tried to follow the instructions given here – http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-wordpress-com-user-or-account – however I no longer see an option on the my blogs page when I hover over the title or URL.
  The interface has a had a MAJOR overhaul, but the help docs don’t seem to reflect this.

  Go to the dashboard of that blog, under Users make the new person an Admin. Then leave the blog.
