Transfering Domains?

  If my blog is henadoesstuff.wordpress.com/ and I want to run ads therefore I buy a domain that is henadoesstuff.com. Does transferring domains mean that I can transfer all my information from henadoesstuff.wordpress.com/ to henadoesstuff.com ?

  But yeah, the domain is just added to the site. You can actually add more than one custom domain to a single site if you’d like. Just know all domains (including the .wordpress.com address) will redirect to the primary domain.
