Transfering email account

  Hi everyone,
  After transferring my domain to anothe rprovider I would like to make sure that the mailbox was transfered with it.
  Unfortunately, the new provider cannot seem to have any details regarding the mailbox I registered in WordPress.
  How can I transfer the mailbox?

  Can you verify this was the domain name you had the email associated with marmatok.com and what was the email address you were using? You can post it here and only our Staff will be able to see it.

  Yes, the website is marmatok.com and the email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Hi there,

  You had email forwarding set up on that domain with us. That means you did not have a mailbox with us – we don’t provide email hosting at all – but just an address which we forwarded to your existing Gmail address.

  If you want to continue using an email address @ your domain, you’ll need to ask your new hosting provider if they provide a similar forwarding service. If not, you’ll need to register a full email hosting account, either directly with your new hosting provider, if they offer that service, or with a third-party service like Google G Suite, Office365/Outlook, or Zoho Mail.

  Please contact your new hosting provider to ask what they recommend in this regard.
