Transfering Followers from .com to .org
-
Hi there,
I recently transitioned over to your self-hosted platform and was told that you could help transfer my .com followers over to my .org blog. Is this still possible? I’ve installed the JetPack pluggin and hope that transferring followers is still possible.
Mahalo!

You can transfer your WordPress.com Followers and email followers from your WordPress.com blog to your Jetpack site by following the instructions here:

Thanks RootJosh!
I did run into some trouble. When I clicked on “Switch Site” then clicked on my self-hosted site, the option to “Migrate” doesn’t appear on the General Settings menu.
I used a custom domain name for my .con blog and this might be causing the trouble.
My dashboard URL is 411Junkie.wordpress.com, myself-hosted blog URL is 411Junkie, and the email I use for both accounts is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
Please let me know if I need to do something else. I’m sorry I couldn’t get past the first step! I appreciate your help.
