  Good afternoon. Do not write in English so I am using the translator. I speak Portuguese in Brazil. Was previously created in wordpress, I’m running now, a so-called karinaninnidotcom blog. Another was created in the same user named karinaninniproducao. When the Premium service was paid, the blog who received the payment was karinaninnidotcom. How was hidden, I was sure you have taken it as an account administrator. It turns out that want the service that was paid for the blog is called karinaninniproducao.wordpress.com. What do I need to repair? I’m waiting orientation. Thank you

  Hi there,

  The blogs you mentioned (karinaninnidotcom.wordpress.com and karinaninniproducao.wordpress.com) are owned by a different WordPress.com user. That user also purchased the Premium upgrade.

  If you need help with the Premium upgrade for those blogs, please log in to that WordPress.com account and contact us or reply to this forum thread. (I can only make changes that are requested by the account that owns the upgrade.)
