  This site was transferred from Go Daddy several weeks ago. I need to speak with you re: the promo I paid for. So far, no answer from Word Press. Please help.

  The site I need help with is http://www.michellecubas.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  Hm, this is the only support request we’ve received from the account you’re currently logged in to in 4 years.

  The domain michellecubas.com is indeed registered with us, but it’s under a different account here, not the one you’re currently logged in under.
