Transferred domain can’t access my custom email

    I recently transferred my domain to another provider and everything went smoothly. But I’m having issues with the email I created when I bought the domain through wordpress. Wondering how I access the login information of the custom email.

    Hi there,

    What is the domain? I can see your account used to own several domains with us, but the only email option we offer is G Suite by Google, and I don’t see any purchases for that in your account history.

    If you were perhaps using our email forwarding feature, that is just an email alias we create that forwards to your regular email address, not a dedicated inbox with its own login details, and that would have stopped working the moment the domain transferred away from us.
