transferred my domain but…

  Hi, WordPress is telling me that my domain transferred successfully from Wix, but I can’t seem to figure out how to make it my primary domain – it says http://www.drakeidesign.wordpress.com. I need it to be http://www.drakeidesign.com. Help!

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here only owns the free site, https://drakeidesign.wordpress.com/

  To transfer a domain to us you would have had to first upgrade the site to a paid plan, and I don’t see any paid upgrades in your account.

  The domain, drakeidesign.com, is registered with us, but it’s connected to a different site in a different account. Log out of the drakeidesign account, and log back in as the account that you used to transfer that domain to us, and you’ll be able to set it as primary on the site it’s connected to.
