Transferred site to Shopify – No info in WordPress now?

  Hi – we need to access the back end of a site we transferred to Shopify on the 27th to get past e-commerce numbers. How do we do this?

  For that, you need to contact the hosting provider where you had your site.

  We’re WordPress.com a different hosting provider and we never hosted your site.
