Transferred Site Twice, Still Not Transferred After Several Days

  Hi, I have tried 2 times to transfer a WordPress site that I have on a <u>WordPress.com</u> account under one of my email addresses, to another WordPress account that I have under another one of my email addresses, but both times even after waiting several days, the site still shows as being on the original account. Please help!

  I understand you’ve tried twice to transfer ownership of themaxworks.wordpress.com to another WordPress.com account you own, but the site is still showing under the original account.

  Upon checking, themaxworks.wordpress.com is currently owned by the WordPress.com account you’re using to contact us.

  Could you let us know the email address of the WordPress.com account you’re trying to transfer the site to? You don’t need to provide the password or any other login information.

  Hi, thank you for replying, the email address of the other WordPress site that I have tried Transferring themaxworks.wordpress.com to is: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  By the way, I have followed all the steps explained in both the written & video instructions provided on WordPress.com, all the way through clicking on the confirmation links on both transfer emails received in the sending & receiving emails accounts.
