Transferred to a different registrar, web address still sending to wordpress
-
I already transferred my WordPress domain name to another registrar and deleted my account and website from WordPress. Why is my fully transferred, set up with the other platform web address still sending people to a ‘thesecondstarsstudy.wordpress.com is no longer available’ page?! You are no longer my platform.
I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

This is probably a DNS issue: the internet needs time to forget the old location and start displaying the new one.
You have eight DNS servers and they all seem to point to the same place, though. In fact it’s working now for me; if it isn’t for you, you can try from a different connection (a phone on its own network for example) and if that works, your computer will catch up soon.
One thing you may want to address with your new host, though: In my testing I noticed the new site is not SSL secured. So when people click on old links from social media or search engines, they will likely see a security error. Your host can help you fix that.
Best wishes!
