Transferring a domain

    I’m trying to move my domain to a Squarespace site, and am having a little trouble doing so.

    Hi there,

    Only the owner of a domain can transfer it, and your account does not own any domains.

    The domain, tomandjulianne.com, is connected here via a domain mapping upgrade that belongs to the user, pfiesterpfit, but it’s not registered here so we cannot help you transfer that domain at all.

    Transferring a domain must be done from the domain registrar where you bought the domain, and that domain is currently registered with tucows.com. You need to contact them for help with transferring the domain.
