Transferring a Domain from WordPress to Squarespace

    Hi there,

    I am trying to transfer my domain name from WordPress to Squarespace and having some real issues.

    It doesn’t seem to have an option of DNS Server settings under the domain settings.
    Please help!

    The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

    Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to transfer the domain.
