transferring a domain to google

  Hi my current website is https://coachchristiansite.wordpress.com/ and I want to transfer it to google domains using a .com. How do I do this? I can’t figure it out for the life of me!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m not sure that I understand. Are you looking to migrate the content of your website to Google? Or are you looking to transfer the actual registration of the domain itself (coachchristiansite.wordpress.com) to Google?

  just transfer the domain. I’d like to buy a domain “.com” from google

  I’m still a little unsure what you are trying to do. So I will give you a few options.

  1. If you are looking to purchase a .com domain from Google to use with your WordPress.com site.

     You will need to set up Domain Mapping to use your domain with your WordPress.com site:

     http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

     Domain Mapping is included with all of the WordPress.com Plans:

     https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  2. If you are trying to move the content of your site away from WordPress.com and host it elsewhere.

     You need to follow the instructions here:

     https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

  3. If you would like to use the domain coachchristiansite.wordpress.com with a website hosted elsewhere.

     This is not possible I’m afraid. _______.wordpress.com domains can only be used on WordPress.com.
