Transferring a Domain to Squarespace

    Hello,
    I was trying to trasfer my domain to Squarespace. I had purchased a new domain by upgrading to premium. However, Squarespace does not trasfer domains that are upgraded to premium, so I discontinued premium in order to transfer it, and the domain disappeared! What are the next steps I need to do to get the domain back so I can transfer it?

    Hi there,

    Having Premium or not makes no difference at all in your ability to transfer a domain.

    The reason you can’t transfer imwise.org is because it’s not registered here, only mapped. That domain is registered with Google Domains, so you need to log in with them to request a transfer code for the domain.

    As you cancelled your Premium Plan I’ve processed a refund for your last renewal payment. You should receive it in about 10 business days.
