transferring a domain to WordPress that was created through WordPress

    I refunded my purchase for a higher level service back to a free level. It rid me of my domain, and says i can transfer it to wordpress. however it was already hosted at wordpress.

    now it will not let me access it

    Hi there,

    Are you speaking of cheerfullout.com? That domain was not created through us. It was only connected here via a domain mapping upgrade, and you cancelled that along with your Premium Plan earlier today.

    That domain is registered with GoDaddy.com, so if you want to make changes to that domain, you need to do it in your account with them.

    If you still wish to use that domain with a WordPress.com site, either by mapping it or by transferring it here, you will need to buy another paid plan for your site.
